Individual Therapy
Individual therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply personalized. I work to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you explore the parts of your life that may feel overwhelming, painful, or unclear. Together, we’ll work to understand the root of your challenges, identify what matters most to you, and build practical tools for navigating change with greater clarity and confidence. In the first session, we will identify your presenting concern, talk through your history, and map out a path towards healing. The standard session lasts 50 minutes and frequency of sessions is discussed in the first session. Sessions are available in-person in Annapolis, MD or virtually to Maryland and Virginia residents.
